Typing Tests
There will be three touch-typing tests during the course of the term. Touch-typing connotes correct placement of the fingers and no need to look down at the keys as one types. Students are expected to pass the touch-typing test by typing 35wpm with 90% accuracy or better. Tests will be announced ahead of time, but students are expected to practice between two and five times per week throughout the quarter, depending on their initial testing progress.
