Part I..For background information on your topic, you can choose one of our print or online encyclopedias:

A. Print encyclopedias:

Always use the index volume to look up information. You must locate the correct volume and page number for articles you want to find.

B. Online encyclopedias

When using an online encyclopedia, enter your subject in the search box. Once you have found an article you want to save, you can either print or email the article to yourself.


II. In order to find recent magazine and newspaper (periodicals) articles, it is useful to look at the databases that Packer subsribes to. By clicking on the link to databases, you can search for articles about your topic. Here are the periodical databases that are available:
